Internet sites for booklovers who enjoy drooling over extraordinary (often pre-20th Century) book illustrations, unusual cover art, and other visual or tactile aspects of books; who enjoy looking at objects that artists and craftspeople have made with, for, or about books, about writers, about libraries, or about readers; or who enjoy gazing at images of readers depicted by artists or captured by photographers.

Some of these sites are not updated very often, or have been discontinued. They are nevertheless included, as they contain some stunning images and/or interesting information.
